FAQ's

1) I can't get logged in, what do I do? (the answer below is for anyone who has lost their login details, their login details aren't working, or for anyone just wanting to find ALL of their Accounts)

Many times using a different browser will solve your issue.  If not...

If you have forgotten or lost your Account Username(s) or Password(s), please use our 'Forgot/Lost Your Password' feature at www.mycompanyadmin.com.


Simply enter the email address associated with the Account(s) you need your login information for, and then click the 'Email my Username/Password to me' button.

Your login details associated with each Account with that email address will be emailed to you.

If you are still unable to login after trying your retrieved login details, then use a different browser.

2) I need to downgrade or cancel, how do I do that?

If you need to downgrade or cancel, log in, hover over 'Account', click on 'Change Subscription', then follow simple steps to downgrade or close your Account.

Note: Our system will auto-refund you if you're canceling within 7 days of being charged.  Please allow 3 business days to see it.  

 

3) How do I get a refund?

Every member must agree to our 7 day return policy when first signing up.  If you don't agree, you can't join.  We do this because of the fact that we pay commissions every week.  After 7 days, we've already paid out the majority of that product purchase in commissions. 

Great news for you...

Our system was programmed to automatically give you a refund if you cancel within 7 days of being charged.  We don't believe the member should ever have to ask to get a refund.  That's why if you're ever due a refund at the time you cancel,  the system will auto refund you.

Example # 1 of getting an auto-refund: Suppose you joined the Power Lead System via a free trial.  On the 7th day of your free trial you were charged (either $30 or $53.97). You explored the membership for another week and then canceled.  Because you would have been canceling within 7 days of your last charge, our system will auto refund you every penny, which means you're actually getting an entire 14 days risk free.

You will be informed of any due refunds at the end of your cancelation process.


Example # 2 of getting an auto-refund: Suppose you joined or upgraded to the Power Lead System via a Gold membership.  As long as you are canceling within 7 days of your join or upgrade date, our system will auto refund you.

Example # 3 of getting an auto-refund:  Suppose you've been a paid member for several months.  Six days after your latest charge you decide to cancel.  Our system would auto refund you every penny of that last charge.

5) I am getting emails about me having login details to another Account... but I already have a paid Account, so what is this about?

Many of our members have multiple accounts by accident.  Why?... Because all it takes to get a free account is for you to opt in to a 'free lead system' lead capture page. You can either disregard these emails & free accounts, or you can find and cancel these free accounts. The directions to finding and canceling any account can be found above in question #1.

6) I am unable to retrieve my login details for the training area, what do I do?

Simply register again using new info.



7) I received something about me changing my password... however... I HAVE NOT CHANGED MY PASSWORD... what's up with this?

Simply disregard the message you received concerning this. 


8) My question was not answered here, so what do I do now? (how do I contact support?)

Log into your Admin Area (Back Office) at www.mycompanyadmin.com and click the 'Help' tab (one of the main headers along the top).  If you need help or are unable to log in, please see question # 1 above.
