General FAQ's

1. I can't log into my account. What should I do?

The answer below is for any Member on any of our Marketing Platforms who has lost their login details.


Please go to https://MyCompanyAdmin.com, where you will see the image below.


Click on "Password or Login" below the blue Login button. On the next page, enter your Account email address, and click on the "Email my Username/Password to Me" button. If you registered multiple Accounts using different email addresses you will need to repeat this process for each of your email addresses.

Your login details for every Account associated with each email address you enter will be emailed to the email address you enter. If you don't see our email in your Inbox, please check your junk and spam folders.

When logging into your Account, be sure there are no spaces before or after your Username and Password. It is best to copy and paste your Username and Password into the login fields. If you still can't log in, click on "Click Here" to the right of "Help Email" or email TechSupport@PricelessPossibilities.com from your Account email address.

Our System works best with Firefox and Google Chrome. We suggest you set your browser to auto-log you into the Admin Area.


2. How do I downgrade or cancel my Account?

Power Lead System Members log into the Admin Area, click on "My Account" in the NavBar on the left side of the page, and click on "Cancel or Downgrade."

Free Lead System and Lead Lightning Members log into the Admin Area, hover your mouse over "Account" in the NavBar at the top of the page, and click on "Close My Account." Please note that Lead Lightning Members cannot downgrade their Accounts to the Free Lead System.

If a refund is due, our System will automatically refund the amount displayed on the screen within three business days.


3. How do I get a refund?

Every Member must agree to our "7-Day Return" policy when they register for an Account or purchase any of our Training Programs.

If you cancel your Account during the "Free Trial Period," your credit card will not be charged. You can also request a refund within 7 days of your credit card being charged by logging into the Admin Area and submittig a Request for Support or send an email to TechSupport@PricelessPossibilities.com from your Account email address.

Note: If you feel you have been incorrectly charged or suspect fraudulent use of your credit card, please do not initiate a chargeback with your credit card company, but first give us an opportunity to resolve any billing issues for you.


4. How do I get started?

To familiarize yourself with the many features of your Marketing Platform, log into the Admin Area and click through all of the tabs in the NavBar, including clicking on all sub-tabs, drop-down arrows, and hyperlinked text on those web pages. Reach out to your Sponsor, whose contact information can be found on the Admin Area Home page.

5. I already registered an Account, so why am I receiving emails with login details about other Accounts?

The only way this can happen is if you have registered for multiple Accounts, possibly even using different email addresses. Suppose you registered for a Free Lead System Account and then upgraded to Lead Lightning or the Power Lead System. In this case, you would have two Accounts. When we send "System" notices to our Members, we send those to every Account holder.

If you have registered for multiple Accounts, we suggest you unsubscribe from any Account you are no longer using. You can also stop receiving emails by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email.

6. I'm trying to log into my Training Program but my Username and Password are not working, so what do I do?

Click on the "Forgot Password" link or re-register for your Training Program using different credentials. If you still can't access your Training Program, please submit a Request for Support from within your Account Admin Area, or send an email to TechSupport@PricelessPossibilities.com from your Account email address.


7. I received an email about someone trying to change my password. I never tried to change it, so why did I receive this email?

We would never send you an email like this. Spammers and hackers use this kind of technique to get access to your personal and financial information. Never reply to or click on any links in these emails, including the "Unsubscribe" link. Instead, block the sender and delete the email. 


8) My question is not answered here, so how do I contact support?

Power Lead System Members log into your Admin Area at https://www.MyCompanyAdmin.com, click on "System" in the NavBar on the left side of the page, click on "Support," and then click on "Request Support."

Free Lead System and Lead Lightning Members, hover your mouse over "Help" in the NavBar at the top of the page and click on "Request Support."

If you cannot access the Admin Area, email TechSupport@PricelessPossibilities.com from your Account email address, and include your name, Account Number, Username and Password, and the last eight digits of the credit card used to register your Account.

If you do not have access to the Internet or your Account email address, leave a voice message at 1-559-726-1262, and include your name, your Account number, Username and Password, and the last eight digits of the credit card used to register your Account.
